[Leuven] Undivided Against Racism

Sluit je aan bij deze mars voor inclusie en solidariteit, voor gelijkheid en respect. We spreken ons eensgezind uit tegen alle vormen van discriminatie en onderdrukking, die geïllustreerd worden door NSV! en hun racistische en intolerante mars. NSV! heeft een verontrustend verleden van racisme en seksisme en is onderdeel van de opkomst van extreemrechtse politiek in België en wereldwijd. Daarom organiseren we op dezelfde dag een mars om ons solidair te tonen met iedereen die wordt gemarginaliseerd: migranten en vluchtelingen, minderheden, vrouwen en de LGBTQ+-gemeenschap. Extreemrechts teert op sociale problemen en ontevredenheid, maar ze hebben hier geen oplossingen voor: niet voor oorlog, niet voor armoede, niet voor klimaatverandering en niet voor sociale problemen zoals werkloosheid, dakloosheid, lage lonen en lage pensioenen. Om deze redenen komen wij op straat. Niet enkel tegen discriminatie, maar ook voor een samenleving die tegemoetkomt aan de noden van iedereen.

Deze mars wordt georganiseerd door een veelheid aan organisaties en individuen. Ondanks onze verschillen komen we samen om deze gemeenschappelijke boodschap van onverdeeldheid tegen racisme uit te dragen.

Join us at this march for inclusion and solidarity, for equality and respect. We stand united against all forms of discrimination and oppression, as exemplified by the NSV! and their racist and intolerant march. The NSV! has a disturbing history of racism and sexism and is part of the rise of far-right politics in Belgium and around the world. This is why we are organising a march on the same day, to show that we are in solidarity with all those marginalised; the migrants and refugees, minorities, women, and LGBTQ+ community. The far right festers on social problems and discontent. But they have no answers: not for the wars, poverty or climate change, causing people to leave their homes and countries, nor for the social wrongs such as unemployment, homelessness, low wages and low pensions. Therefore, we march not only against discrimination, but also for a society providing in the needs of the many, not the few.

This march is organized by many organizations and individuals. Despite our differences, we come together in support of this common message of being undivided against racism.

Rejoignez cette marche pour l’inclusion et la solidarité, pour l’égalité et le respect. Nous sommes unanimement opposés à toutes les formes de discrimination et d’oppression illustrées par NSV! et leur marche raciste et intolérante. NSV! a un passé inquiétant de racisme et de sexisme et fait partie de la montée de la politique d’extrême droite en Belgique et dans le monde. C’est pourquoi nous organisons une marche le même jour pour montrer notre solidarité avec toutes les personnes marginalisées: migrants et réfugiés, minorités, femmes et la communauté LGBTQ +. L’extrême droite rivalise avec les problèmes sociaux et le mécontentement, mais ils n’ont pas de solution: ni guerre, ni pauvreté, ni changement climatique, ni problèmes sociaux tels que le chômage, le sans-abrisme, les bas salaires et les faibles retraites. Pour ces raisons, nous sommes dans la rue. Non seulement contre la discrimination, mais aussi pour une société qui réponde aux besoins de tous.

Cette marche est organisée par une multitude d’organisations et d’individus. Malgré nos différences, nous nous réunissons pour diffuser ce message commun d’indivisibilité contre le racisme.
